First off, I build them on a
foundation of my 40 years of
sales team building experience.
From the beginning, I learned that
sales success and high performance
sales team building was all about
forming great relationships.
Relationships between business
owners and me, between me and the
sales team and between the sales
team and their customers.
Learning the craft, the art and the
science and formulating an in-depth
understanding of the relationships
necessary to build great sales
teams is what I have done.
Unintentional poor relationship
building decisions always led
me to making better ones.
They´ve been my greatest teachers.
And yes, I still make mistakes.

I work as a consultant not employee
I work by text, phone and video calls
I need to have a monthly sales target

and I´d like to be paid on a weekly basis
